Here at Jocelyn's Hair Collection, our customer's satisfaction is our first priority. We provide phenomenal customer service and we will make it our goal to make sure every customer is satisfied. We advocate that our products and services are of best quality.

 Payment Processing Time

How long does it take for my payment to process?

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation number with your order number to the email address you provided during checkout. Please allow up to 3 business days for your payment to process. 

Please Note: Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed the following business day. 

Shipping/Delivery Policy

(We do not ship to P.O. Boxes)

We offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping and Required Signature Confirmation. For security reasons, every order requires a signature.  (Domestic Shipping Only)

  • After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes the  tracking details to the same email address you provided during checkout.

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery from the date shipped (depending on your location).

  •  Be sure to track your order as it updates. Check for your estimated delivery date. USPS will not leave your package at the door. You must be present at the given address during the time of delivery to sign for your package. If you miss your package, you will have to go to the United States Postal Office with proper ID and pick up your package. 

  • Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible if USPS delays the delivery of your package, as it is not in our company's control. If there are any discrepancies with tracking or delivery information, please email us immediately at jocelynshaircollection@gmail.com. We will contact USPS directly to find out information regarding any issue that may occur. You will be notified through email of any response from USPS. 

Exchange/Return Policy

Can I exchange/return my items?

  • Jocelyn's Hair Collection wants every customer to be entirely content with your preferred item(s), please be sure to read the products description before purchase. 

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final! If you have any issues or questions regarding your order, please email our customer service immediately or within 3 days of receiving your order @ Jocelynshaircollection@gmail.com.

Payment Plan Policy

Jocelyn's Hair Collection offers a payment plan program. It allows our customers to purchase any product on our website using our payment options in three installments. This is an easier way for customers to purchase anything from our website without paying for everything upfront. Our payment plans require a 25% initial deposit of your total order amount.

How does your payment plan work?

After you have answered every question that applies to what you're ordering, click on the button "take her home" to submit your order. Once your form is submitted, you will receive your first invoice email. It will display a minimum amount (25% deposit) due, which will go towards your total balance. 

What are my payment plan options/three installment period?

You can choose which payment plan option is best for you. Your total amount will be paid in three installments. The first installment is the 25% initial deposit which is the minimum payment due. The remaining balance will be split into the next two installments. After your minimum amount (25% initial deposit) is paid, you will receive an invoice email for each installment, you will have up to a few weeks from the date of your initial deposit to pay off your balance in full. Below are our different payment plan options.

Plan A  (4 weeks)

(You will have 4 weeks to pay off your total balance in full from the initial deposit.) 

1st installment- First day of the minimum payment (25% initial deposit) due. (First Payment)

2nd installment- 2 weeks from the first installment. (2nd Payment due/First Reminder)

3rd installment-  1 week before the final payment is due in full. (Final Reminder)

Plan B  (6 weeks)

 (You will have 6 weeks to pay off your total balance in full from the initial deposit.)

1st installment- First day of the minimum payment (25% initial deposit) due. (First Payment)

2nd installment- 3 weeks from the first installment. (2nd Payment due/First Reminder)

3rd installment- 1 week before the final payment is due in full. (Final Reminder)

Plan C (8 Weeks) 

(You will have 8 weeks to pay off your total balance in full from the initial deposit.) 

1st installment - First day of the minimum payment (25% initial deposit) due. (First Payment)

2nd installment- 4 weeks from the first installment. (2nd Payment due/First reminder)

3rd installment-  1 week before the final payment is due in full. (Final Reminder)

Will I be notified of my next payments?

Yes, you will receive two friendly email reminders of your next payments. 

Can I pay more than the minimum payment?

Yes, you can pay more than the minimum amount (25% initiated deposit) that's due. Once you receive your invoice, there will be a pay option to put any amount higher than the minimum amount (25% initiated deposit) due. 

Where do I make the remaining balance? 

Every payment is submitted online.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order before your first initial deposit.  Please email our customer service at jocelynshaircollection@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 72 hours . However, there will be a 10% restocking fee from the total amount paid. The rest of the paid total amount will be given to you as store credit for future purchases, which can be used within 30 days. Please email our customer service at jocelynshaircollection@gmail.com.

 

What happens after my balance is paid in full?

Once your order is paid in full, you will receive an email stating that your balance is paid in full. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped out. 

 

What happens if I don't make the payment before the due date?

As previously stated, you will receive two friendly email reminders. If your balance is not paid in full on the specified due date, your order will be canceled. There will be a 10% restocking fee from the total amount paid. The rest of the paid total amount will be given to you as store credit for future purchases, which can be used within 30 days. *Please note: Your order is not complete until your entire balance is paid in full. 

**There are no exchanges or returns on any Pre-Made Unit(s) or Custom Unit(s).

Color and Texture Disclaimer 

Our hair bundles comes in natural off black colors or a little bit lighter. Our hair can handle chemicals well, it can take and hold  semi-permanent color, permanent color, beach, etc. However, we do recommend that if you are going to put any chemicals on your hair, please allow a professional to work with your hair.

*Jocelyn's Hair Collection is not be liable for any work that is done beyond our control.

Due to the distinct nature of virgin hair, there are no two heads that are exactly the same. When you receive your hair bundles/closure, there maybe a slight difference in the texture. We try our best to get the closest match available. You will be able to wear your beautiful hair and style it with your desired look. 

Product Availability and Pricing

 At Jocelyn's Hair Collection, we desire for all of our products be in stock. However, due to sales, discounts, holidays etc., some products may be limited or not in stock. If this ever occurs, the product will show "Out Of Stock" on our website.

All pricing is on our website. All prices are subject to change without notice. As we constantly promote sales or discounts every month, the current price that is shown at checkout, is the price you will pay. If the price of a product increases or decreases, the customer will not be charged the increase or decrease price. Once your order is placed, that is the price your debit/credit is charged and it will not be changed.

Payment Privacy

Jocelyn's Hair Collection accepts all payments through PayPal. You DO NOT have to create a PayPal account to place an order If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your debit card or major credit card through PayPal guest checkout. Before you checkout, please make sure your address is correct. Your billing and shipping address MUST match. If the billing address and shipping address doesn't match, your order will be canceled. 

Jocelyn's Hair Collection have zero tolerance for any fraudulent activity of our products. If there are any suspicious or fraudulent activity suspected on any order, your order will be canceled immediately. Any fraudulent activity that occurs, we will take proper actions necessary to the extent of the law.

Privacy Policy

We care about our customers and we know that security is a crucial part when making online purchases. Here at Jocelyn's Hair Collection, we can assure you that any information you enter on our website is secured and protected. We have Secured Socket Layer (SSL), which is the protocol that provides all information to be encrypted. All of your data is private and can't be viewed or shared by anyone.
