Can I exchange/return/refund my items?

  • Jocelyn's Hair Collection wants every customer to be entirely content with your preferred item(s), please be sure to read the products description before purchase. 

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final! If you have any issues or questions regarding your order, please email our customer service immediately  @ Jocelynshaircollection@gmail.com.

What if there is a mistake with my order?

 Jocelyn's Hair Collection will inspect every order properly before it is sent out to the customer. However, if there is an error/issue with your order on our end,  please email customer service immediately at jocelynshaircollection@gmail.com. You have 48 hours to contact customer service from the date you received your order. Otherwise, we will not be accountable for the item(s).
