Payment Plan Policy

Please read all the information below before proceeding to our Payment Plan Form

Jocelyn's Hair Collection is now offering a payment plan program. It's a new program, which allows our customers to purchase any product on our website using our payment options in three installments. This is an easier way for customers to purchase anything from our website without paying for everything upfront. Our payment plans require a 25% initial deposit of your total order amount.

How does your payment plan work?

After you have answered every question that applies to what you're ordering, click on the button "take her home" to submit your order. Once your form is submitted, you will receive your first invoice email. It will display your total amount and a minimum amount (25% deposit) due, which will go towards your total balance. 

What are my payment plan options/three installment period?

You can choose which payment plan option is best for you. Your total amount will be paid in three installments. The first installment is the 25% initial deposit which is the minimum payment due. The remaining balance will be split into the next two installments. After your minimum amount (25% initial deposit) is paid, you will receive an invoice email for each installment, you will have up to a few weeks from the date of your initial deposit to pay off your balance in full. Below are our different payment plan options.

Plan A  (4 weeks) You will have 4 weeks to pay off your total balance in full from the initial deposit. 

1st installment- First day of the minimum payment (25% initial deposit) due. (First Payment)

2nd installment- 2 weeks from the first installment. (2nd Payment due/First Reminder)

3rd installment-  1 week before the final payment is due in full. (Final Reminder)

Plan B  (6 weeks) You will have 6 weeks to pay off your total balance in full from the initial deposit.

1st installment- First day of the minimum payment (25% initial deposit) due. (First Payment)

2nd installment- 3 weeks from the first installment. (2nd Payment due/First Reminder)

3rd installment- 1 week before the final payment is due in full. (Final Reminder)

Plan C (8 Weeks) You will have 8 weeks to pay off your total balance in full from the initial deposit. 

1st installment - First day of the minimum payment (25% initial deposit) due. (First Payment)

2nd installment- 4 weeks from the first installment. (2nd Payment due/First reminder)

3rd installment-  1 week before the final payment is due in full. (Final Reminder)

Will I be notified of my next payments?

Yes, you will receive two friendly email reminders of your next payments. 

Can I pay more than the minimum payment?

Yes, you can pay more than the minimum amount (25% initiated deposit) that's due. Once you receive your invoice, there will be a pay option to put any amount higher than the minimum amount (25% initiated deposit) due. 

Where do I make the remaining balance? 

Every payment is submitted online.

Can I change my order?

 

Yes, you can change your order within 3 business days from your initial order. However, it must have the same value. Please email our customer service at jocelynshaircollection@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 72 hours . However, there will be a 10% restocking fee from the total amount paid. The rest of the paid total amount will be given to you as store credit for future purchases, which can be used within 30 days. Please email our customer service at jocelynshaircollection@gmail.com.

What happens after my balance is paid in full?

Once your order is paid in full, you will receive an email stating that your balance is paid in full. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped out. 

 

What happens if I don't make the payment before the due date?

As previously stated, you will receive two friendly email reminders. If your balance isn't paid in full on the specified due date, your order will be canceled. There will be a 10% restocking fee from the total amount paid. The rest of the paid total amount will be given to you as store credit for future purchases, which can be used at any time. Why do you ask for a date?

 

Jocelyn's Hair Collection ask for a preferred date so we can have an estimated date of when you will need your order by.

**There are no exchanges or returns on any Pre-Made Unit(s) or Custom Unit(s).
